End-User License Agreement (EULA)

By using the SparkUp application, you agree to the following terms:

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

SparkUp has an absolute zero tolerance policy for objectionable, abusive, defamatory, or pornographic content, as well as abusive users.

Users can report any profiles or content that violates these terms using the in-app “Report” button.

The administration reserves the right to review reports and remove offending content or restrict user access within 24 hours.

Users have the right to instantly block any abusive accounts using the in-app “Block” feature to stop further interactions.

Any breach of these community guidelines may result in an immediate and permanent account ban without prior warning.
